New junction box development

In the process of deepening cooperation with a long-standing client, they mentioned to us their intention to procure a new type of junction box in the future. Upon receiving this information, we engaged in thorough discussions with the client, during which our engineers and various stakeholders explored the feasibility of this product concept. Following in-depth discussions and multiple rounds of testing and modifications with the client, we reached an agreement and have recently commenced the tooling work for the new junction box.

Let me introduce you to our new type of junction box.

The junction box is made of two conductive materials, copper and aluminum, and comes with various wire diameter options, aimed at meeting the electrical connection needs in different scenarios. It provides two types of wire diameter options suitable for rigid and flexible wire conductors:

First type:

• Rigid wire conductor cross-section: 10-35/1.5-25
• Flexible wire conductor cross-section: 10-25/1.5-16

Second type:

• Rigid wire conductor cross-section: 1.5-25/1.5-16
• Flexible wire conductor cross-section: 1.5-16/1.5-10

This design flexibility offers users more choice.

The copper connection parts have a rated voltage of 660V and a rated current of 130A, while the aluminum connection parts have a rated voltage of 660V and a rated current of 100A. This performance enables the junction box to maintain stable and reliable connections in high voltage and high current working environments, providing users with higher safety and reliability assurance.
